Leo rose to co-managing partner and spearheaded the workers’ compensation department, which grew to eight lawyers by 2002.
In 2002 Leo left the Morgan firm and joined Alejandro Fiol, Esquire to form Fiol & Gomez, P.A., where Leo practiced until launching his own firm in 2011.
