Leo began his legal career in 1986, when he joined the firm of Stephen L. Rosen, one of Florida’s premier workers’ compensation plantiffs’ attorneys.

In 1993, Leo was enlisted by John B. Morgan, Esquire to open the Tampa office of Morgan, Colling, and Gilbert, P.A. (now Morgan & Morgan), becoming the first full time attorney in that location. Leo rose to co-managing partner and spearheaded the workers’ compensation department, which grew to eight lawyers by 2002.

In 2002 Leo left the Morgan firm and joined Alejandro Fiol, Esquire to form Fiol & Gomez, P.A., where Leo practiced until launching his own  firm in 2011.
